BE THE REASON FOR YOUR OWN HAPPINESS.

SELF- LOVE

is the beginning point to attain happiness. Isn’t it? Until I truly love and honor myself, I would not be able to achieve a better place.

                      Every day is a new journey with new adventures, new hardships, new laughter, and a new story.

Every day is different so let us try to appreciate whatever we have.

There is always dawn after a dark night. Do not think of yourself as a loser.

You are unique.YOU are different.

Sometimes life does not give you what you want – not because you do not deserve it but maybe because you deserve much much better.

Life is really short for all the worthless worries, toxic people, toxic relationships, and negativities. Do not beg and do not chase. Relax and….just chill…!!!

Listen to your favorite music, pamper yourself, eat your favorite food even if it is just a simple chai and Mathrii.

It is ok to say NO.

It is ok to take a break. It is ok to break the rules sometimes, provided it does not have a negative impact.

It is ok to not be perfect. You are not here to please anyone. It is your life and you can live it at your own pace. 

It is time to take charge of your life by following some simple steps:

  • Educate yourself well enough so that you do not have to depend upon others.
  • Be financially independent.
  • Be confident.
  • Indulge in some yoga, meditation or any other physical activity for at least 30 mins a day. It really works wonders…!!!
  • Give yourself some time.
  • Stop impressing others.
  • Spend some time with family and friends.
  • Most importantly please share your problems with someone. Reach out and express yourself.       

These small changes in day-to-day life really leads you to the path of happiness.

Stop complaining and start from today only to “BE THE REASON FOR YOUR OWN HAPPINESS”.
